WHY STAY WITH FULVIO AND SANDRA?
If you have researched ‘long term rentals’ in Cozumel, you probably won't find too many. 
The ones that we have seen are often very simple and ‘rustic’ (I'm being generous!) and often charge extra for many services. Like for electricity and other amenities. 

We don’t charge extra for anything:
When you rent one of our Long Term (or short term) Rental Studios, everything is included in our published prices. There are no added surprises. 

And because our units are brand new, the quality of the furnishing are top notch. 
From top of the line mattresses (each one cost over $1,000), to (small), fully stocked kitchens with marble counters, to large beautiful bathrooms. We have tried to include it all.

Another very important point when researching long term rentals, is the location and the noise factor. Sleep is very important to us and to most people. Our part of town is very quiet, safe and has one of the nicest garden settings on the island

Here's a short list of some the amenities that are included in your price...

About Air Conditioning:
Our units have been built in such a fashion as to be able to take advantage of the prevailing East-West trade winds. Some people prefer the natural fresh air over Air Conditioning.
But just in case it get's a bit toasty, it's nice to also have some modern AC units standing by.
And that's exactly what we have.
Also, being one floor up, the units are always fresh and cool. Love those Trade Winds!

A SHORT LIST OF OUR INCLUDED FEATURES...

-FIBRE OPTIC INTERNET (unlimited, ultra high speed) IS INCLUDED!
This is the latest and fastest internet service on the island.
-NETFLIX channel is ALSO included, but PLEASE NOTE...  
 We do NOT carry any Cable TV or Movie channels.
 Please bring down your own Firesticks or Digital Streaming Services.

​-Maid Service/Cleaning twice a week
-Use of washer/drier
-Kingsize bed
-A small balcony with table and chairs on the West side and a large terrace on the East side, overlooking the gardens and fountain
-Private bathroom with shower only
-A digital safe for your personal belongings
-All towels (including beach towels), sheets and linens

There is a lovely private terrace overlooking the landscaped garden area and guests have access to the large terrace with tables and chairs (a nice place to sit and enjoy your morning Cafecito!)

Please note: This is a common area, shared with the other 2 adjacent studios, so we respectfully ask guests to limit pool activities to sunbathing and quiet lounging. No crazy Fiestas, por favor  : )

OTHER IMPORTANT POINTS TO CONSIDER WHEN RENTING: 
What if anything goes wrong or needs fixing?? What if you need some help or assistance with something?
When you stay with us, all you need do is knock on our front door. Sandra and I will be at your service.

LOCATION:
We love living in our location! Not right downtown...but not ‘out in the boonies’ either.

Although we are on Avenida 55 (11 blocks from the waterfront and 14 blocks from the main square we do have...VERY CLOSE BY...

RESTAURANTS: we are on the same street as one of Cozumel’s most famous restaurants, called CASA MISSION. They are 6 blocks away

SPORTS COMPLEXES: should you feel like exercising we are only 4 blocks away from the main free public sports complex of Cozumel, where you can play tennis for free, on two courts, run off those calories on the jogging track, or watch or play soccer or basketball

FRUIT AND VEGETABLE STORE: the best one on the island is 2 blocks away, selling not only fresh fruits and vegetables, but all kinds of fresh squeezed juices, baguettes, soft drinks and lots of other goodies. We shop there every day.

The Studios have their own private entrance and have views of both our inner garden and the outside street/neighbourhood.

Accommodations like you want them... simple, modern, functional and welcoming.

We hope you will consider staying with us. You will find our little Hacienda to be an oasis of peace and tranquility.

Long term- $1,800/mo  
Short term- $1,000/wk

All beddings, linens, towels (including beach towels!), electricity, TV, Internet, NETFLIX, a digital safe, maid service twice week, access to a washer drier and...the LOCAL TAXES!

Absolutely no extra "added" costs involved.
