WELCOME TO THE BEACH: Question: What could possibly be better than being close to the beach? 
Answer: Being ON the beach! This is a corner unit, with wrap around balconies, literally, on the beach. It is located in building #1 (of the 4), and is the only building on the beach. You step off your private terrace, right onto the beach and the sea is right in front of you. Don’t like the beach? The pool is a stone’s throw away. This is one of the best stocked condos in all of Reef Residencias. The owners have taken great pride in making sure that all of the amenities are in place. This condo will surpass your expectations!

THE TERRACE: Talk about wrap around views!!! You are practically surrounded by the view. You can look west towards the sea, or north towards the pool. There is plenty of chairs and lounge chairs and a big table. The wireless internet connection is accessible from the terrace, so what better place to write home from ‘Dear John…wish you were here….blah..blah…blah’. Or, if you are a scuba diver, the best reefs in all of Cozumel are just a 5 minute boat ride away (Santa Rosa Wall) or a 10 minute boat ride away (Palancar Caves).

THE LIVING ROOM: The whole west side (sea facing side) is all ceiling to wall, sliding glass doors. Why block the view with a partial wall??!!!  There are 2, 3 place sofas, which are also sofa beds. This is also where your TV and phone (with free calls to USA and Canada) are.

THE DINING ROOM: Is just behind the living room, and even from here you can see the beach and the sea. There is a big beautiful table seating six, with additional seating at the kitchen counter with stools.

THE KITCHEN: Also has a sea view and is fully stocked.

THE MASTER BEDROOM : has a king bed and ocean view. It has its own access to the communal terrace, so you do not have to go back to the living room to get there. Also a private bathroom with tub and shower.

THE SECOND BEDROOM: is at the back of the unit and has a garden view. Queen bed and private bathroom
